How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order and created within 48 hours of purchasing. Epoxy Resin takes over 72 hours to cure fully. It will approximately 7-10 business days for orders to get packaged and shipped out. Tracking information is provided in the confirmation email after purchase.

Please keep in mind that orders that require multiple layers may take longer than 7-10 business days to ship out - if this happens, you will receive an email with updates on your specific pieces.

What if my item is damaged when it arrives?

If your item gets damaged throughout the shipping process you are able to return it for a full refund within 14 days, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and packaging. Your refund will be given based on original payment method.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Our products are HAND WASH only! They should be washed with warm water and mild soap if necessary. To prevent scratching, wipe with microfiber cloth!

NOTE:

Variations & Imperfections are possible due to the nature of Epoxy Resin. Please also avoid direct sunlight for long periods of time and extreme heat.
